With the release of the COVID restrictions on 19th July we have decided that we will remove our play sessions and now will remain open all day!
Additonally, we have reviewed our booking processes; following a FB poll to understand what you, our customers wanted - continue the pre booking process or revert to the original 'walk in' & pay as you go approach. The results were evenly split.
Essentially the main points are:-
No need to pre book, although advance booking will guarantee your admission when we are busy
Hourly arrival slots so you can pick the most convenient time for you to arrive. (we wont hold you to it!)
You are welcome to stay as long as you want subject to capacity being available (on really busy days we may introduce 90 minute durations as per pre COVID)
We sincerely hope that this system will meet everyone's requirements but please feel free to give us some feedback to enable us to make improvements where we can.
